Our Promise

No fine print. No runaround. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right — whether that means a replacement, a reship, or a refund. We always lead with the solution that gets your Palmora in your hands as fast as possible.

No Returns — Here’s Why

Palmora does not accept physical returns. Fragrance is intimate — it touches your skin, your air, your space. Out of respect for every customer, we will never resell a product that has been opened or handled by someone else.

You will never be asked to ship anything back to us. That is not how we operate.

When We’ll Make It Right

We resolve issues in the following situations, no questions asked:

Damaged or defective product — something arrived broken or compromised.
Wrong item received — we sent something different from what you ordered.
Missing items — your order contained multiple items and one or more did not arrive.
Lost in transit — your order never arrived and tracking confirms it’s lost.

Email us with your order number and we’ll take it from there. Expect a response within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

We move fast, but we need to see it. Email thepalmora@gmail.com and attach a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no charge. Prefer a refund instead? We’ll honor that too. You keep the product either way.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we’ll ship the correct one immediately at no charge. Prefer a refund? Just say the word — we’ll process it right away. No return needed.

Missing Items

Ordered three bottles and only two arrived? We’ll ship the missing item(s) right out at no charge. Prefer a refund? We’ll process it instead. Just email us with your order number and what was missing.

Shipping Cost on Refunds

If your USPS shipping label has already been generated at the time of your request, the shipping fee is non-refundable. That cost was paid directly to USPS the moment the label was created — it’s a real cost, not a technicality. Your full product amount is refunded.

If no label has been generated yet, you receive everything back — product and shipping.

What We Don’t Refund

Scent preferences — read the full product descriptions before purchasing. That said, we never want you stuck with a scent that isn’t right for you. Email us and we’ll issue store credit so you can find your perfect Palmora match.
Incorrect address at checkout — if your order returns to us, we’ll reship to your corrected address at no additional charge.
Change of mind after an order has shipped.
