SHIPPING POLICY

Every Order Ships With Intention.
All Palmora orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse and manufacturing facility located in Tampa, Florida, USA. Every bottle is packed in-house before being handed off to USPS. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we handle it with care.
Order Processing
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed off to USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order is on its way.
During high-demand periods, processing may run closer to the longer end of this window. Every order gets the same level of care regardless — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery windows are calculated from your ship date — not your order date. Your tracking email will confirm when the clock starts.
Tracking Your Order
The moment your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Track your package anytime at usps.com.
Note: It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to reflect movement after your label is generated. A label being created means your order is in our queue — actual carrier scan happens at pickup. This is normal USPS behavior, especially during high-volume periods.
Review Request Emails
You may receive an email from us asking about your Palmora experience. If you receive this email before your order has arrived, please disregard it — our review system occasionally sends requests slightly ahead of delivery. Your order is on its way. If you have any concerns about your shipment, contact us directly at thepalmora@gmail.com rather than responding through the review system.
US Shipping
We ship to all 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping options and rates for your location will appear at checkout. International customers should be aware:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Palmora has no control over customs processing times
- International delivery windows vary by country
Lost or Stalled Packages
If your tracking has shown no movement for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at thepalmora@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with USPS and follow up with a resolution.
Palmora is not liable for carrier delays or packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout — but we will always work to find a solution.
Incorrect Address
Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Mistakes happen — but timing is everything.
If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at thepalmora@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. If your shipping label has not yet been generated, we will manually update it for you right away — no problem at all.
However, if your order has already been fulfilled and a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to reroute or intercept the shipment. At that point the package is in USPS's hands and the address cannot be changed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or reship. This policy is clearly disclosed and it is the customer's responsibility to verify their shipping address before completing checkout.
The window to catch an address error is before your tracking number is assigned. That is your signal that the label is live and the order is locked. Do not wait — email us the moment you realize the mistake.

⚠️ Before You File a Chargeback — Please Read This.
If your order is taking longer than expected and you are considering filing a chargeback with your bank, please email us first at thepalmora@gmail.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST.
We process refund requests immediately and manually. A direct refund from Palmora is significantly faster than a bank dispute — chargebacks can take 30–90 business days. We can resolve your concern today.
